The path to healing is time in nature and with community
That’s what Wild Minds is all about
Wild Minds recognize the array of challenges our world faces today – combating the climate crisis, confronting injustice, and breaking free from powerful systems that aim to divide and dominate to name just a few.
We focus on cultivating internal change because you cannot separate the internal from the external.
When you take care of yourself the positive effects ripple outward expanding to the people you love and the planet we call home.
Internal Change has as a ripple effect that impacts more than just you
What We Teach
Love Is A Guide
We do what we do out of love for ourselves, each other, and our planet.
Practice Over Perfection
Mistakes are how we learn. It's all a practice.
Love Is A Practice
Love, wisdom, justice, peace, these are all qualities that need to be practiced.
Questions Over Answers
Cultivating a state of curiosity allows us to learn.
The Body Has Wisdom
Our bodies, and the larger collective earth body, has wisdom worth listening to.
Journey Over Destination
The destination is a moment, the journey is our entire life.

Kiki Williams (she/they)
Kiki Williams (she/they) shows up in her life these days as a multi-passionate human being in pursuit of both personal and collective liberation. She is a 500hr registered yoga teacher, meditation practitioner, and deep lover of nature!
While Kiki has primarily engaged in teaching work for the past several years, recently moving back to her native California has enabled her to spend much of her free time hiking, camping, and adventuring in the mountains.
Kiki understands the natural world to be a great healing force, and she aspires to create spaces for others to experience its incredible healing and restorative power. Whether through movement, meditative practice, or simply walking silently through a grove of trees, Kiki believes that freedom and unmitigated joy are available to us in this life.
