ROOTED is a 12-week, one-on-one mentorship focused on clarifying your direction, sustaining your growth, and harnessing the power of your inner authority.

This work supports you in releasing internal blocks that drain your energy and building the emotional and energetic capacity to take meaningful risks.

THE PROCESS

Each builds on the last, creating clarity, capacity, and steadiness over time. This isn’t a linear push forward, it’s a responsive process that meets you where you are and supports real integration as life continues to happen.

ROOTED offers consistent, personalized support over three months.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • We begin with a focused deep-dive to get you out of the weeds and into the bigger picture. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most right now, identify what’s getting in the way, and name practical next steps for the season ahead.

    This session sets the tone and direction for our work together.

  • You’ll receive a shared, living document that holds your ideas, goals, reflections, and intentions throughout the mentorship.

    This becomes a place to return to when things feel busy or unclear. A steady reference point that helps you stay aligned as your work and life evolve.

  • You’ll have six 45-minute one-on-one calls held via Zoom, spaced every other week.

    Each session offers space for reflection, integration, and decision-making. After every call, you’ll receive notes with key insights and suggested next steps to support continued momentum between sessions.

  • Between sessions, you’ll have access to gentle, ongoing support through private Telegram check-ins on Mondays and Thursdays.

    These touchpoints are designed to support integration, reflection, and forward movement without overwhelm.

THE PROCESS

Our work together unfolds over four intentional phases.

Step 1: Clarify & Strategize

We begin with a 90-minute kickoff session to step back and look at the bigger picture.

Together, we clarify what you want to focus on over the next three months, not just in terms of goals, but how you want to feel as you move forward.

After our call, you’ll receive a shared document that becomes our living roadmap. It holds your vision, priorities, and reflections, and serves as a grounding reference point throughout the mentorship.

This is where direction begins to feel steadier.

Step 2: Release Internal Blocks

This phase invites you into the messier, more human parts of growth.

We gently explore patterns that may be draining your energy or keeping you stuck, such as:

  • perfectionism

  • imposter feelings

  • fear of visibility

  • hesitation loops

  • emotional shutdown

  • pressure to perform

  • worthiness tied to productivity

  • outdated identities

Drawing from somatic awareness and trauma-informed insight, you’ll be supported in meeting these patterns with curiosity rather than force, allowing them to loosen naturally and stop running the show.

This is where you stop fighting yourself.

Step 3: Cultivate Capacity

Here, we focus on building the emotional and energetic foundation needed to hold what’s next.

This phase supports:

You’ll learn to:

  • stay present under pressure

  • expand without collapsing

  • hold visibility with steadiness

  • make decisions from clarity rather than fear

Step 4: Reflect & Refine

In the final phase, we slow down enough to take stock of what’s shifted.

Together, we reflect on:

  • what moved forward

  • what took more energy than expected

  • what supported you

  • what got in the way

You’ll name what you’re proud of, what you want to continue building, and what no longer needs your effort.

This kind of reflection is often skipped, yet it’s where learning and sustainability are anchored.

From here, you move into what’s next with perspective, steadiness, and care.
