Somewhere between building the life you want and managing it, you lost a little bit of your spark.
You know you need time away from your desk.
Outside. Unscheduled.
Room to wander and wonder about what might be next.
But that kind of time is the first to go when your inbox is full, your to-do list is growing, and life is life-ing.
What if, instead of working harder and pushing through, you chose to listen?
What if you got curious about that feeling in your gut that wants you to lean into something new?
If you refused to create from empty, and instead choose to be fueled by joy, curiosity, and purpose.
What might be possible?
A Day To Dream Into What’s Possible
This daylong nature retreat is for people who…
Pour themselves into their work and want to step back, breathe, and find the spark again.
Identify as having a creative entrepreneurial spirit (even if you don’t make money at it or think you’re super artsy)
Are ready to invite more curiosity, nature, play, and courage into your work and life.

What To Expect
11am - 4pm | White Rocks Trailhead
You'll arrive at the beautiful trailhead, take some deep belly breaths, and settle in. We'll open in circle with a small group of people who showed up for the same reasons you did, and begin to invite in questions over answers.
What feels wild and just out of reach?
What lights you up and what scares you? What gives you butterflies?
Take these questions, and your own, as we hike up the trail. The climb is about 30 minutes on rocky terrain. As your body moves, you can let your mind wander with the Appalachian Trail views opening up all around you.
At the top, we’ll enjoy lunch and deep conversations, and you'll be guided through:
Writing exercises to get out of your head and onto the page
Guided visualizations to open up what thinking alone can't reach
Song and celebration to keep the energy and joy flowing
Hiking and movement to stay rooted in your body
We'll move through it all held by a single question…
What opens up when you stop managing the unknown and start getting curious about it?
MEET YOUR GUIDES
Hi, I’m Kendra
I grew up exploring the creeks and woodlands of the Appalachian foothills in Pennsylvania, where I first fell in love with Nature. As an ecological educator and regenerative business coach, I've spent the last decade working with creative, mission-driven people who want to remember how to be alive. Nature has a way of returning us to ourselves that nothing else can replicate.
I deeply enjoy facilitating ways for people to land in a vision aligned with Nature's wisdom, and I can't wait to connect with you in these wilder places too.
I’m Zoe
I’ve spent the last 20 years as both a therapist and a wilderness guide. For most of my career, I worked with creative entrepreneurs in Los Angeles, helping them move through fear and find new ways of meeting life with curiosity and courage. Over the years of guiding in nature, I saw how much deeper the work goes when we’re in nature and in community, not trying to do it all alone.
I love creating spaces where people can bring their whole selves—the grief, joy, fear, laughter—and let the land, the animals, and each other be teachers.

Both are great. Most people come solo and leave having made real connections. But if you have a friend, partner, or colleague who needs this as much as you do, bring them. There's something powerful about going through a day like this with someone you already trust, and then watching what shifts for both of you.
